Shipping and turn around

I will try to get the things you buy to you as fast as I can. That said, I’m not Amazon. Expect 1-2 weeks before some products ship. If I expect something to take longer I will reach out to let you know.

About the Product

All leather goods are hand made. I make things by hand to be stronger and last longer. It takes far more time and effort and there is more chance of human error, but the end result is far superior. Handmade products will be subject to slight imperfections and subtle nuances in look and feel. These imperfections are what give handmade leather goods so much character. Over time the leather and materials will take on more character and personality the more you use them. Leather absorbs oils from your hands and dies from your clothes allowing each product to take on a new life, telling your story along the way.

Basic Leather Care

Leather ages in a way that synthetic materials just can't. It takes on oils and dyes it contacts and can dry out if uncared for. I recommend applying mink oil to most leather goods to help moisturize them and protect them from water and humidity. If leather becomes dirty or begins to get more discolored than you want, saddle soap can help clean it up. Don’t forget to recondition with mink oil or a similar leather conditioner after!

Returns

If for some reason you receive an item and it’s not what you though it would be we can accept returns within 10 business days. I would love to know why the product is being sent back so future iterations can be improved. Upon receiving the product back it will go through an inspection to make sure it is in like-new-condition and a refund will be processed minus shipping costs.

The promise

All leather goods should last you a lifetime if basic care is given to the leather. It’s that simple. If a stitch fails or piece of hardware falls off or breaks within normal use I will repair or place the product. Natural fading and thinning of leather over time is not covered, but I’m open to seeing the story the item can tell and see if I can fix it for a small fee.
